Current value in parameter not updated to Query value

Hi,

I have a parameter in Power Query set up as in the below picture.

I have a list query (retrieves single value based on current date)  set up for the parameter value. However, it does not get updated and other queries referesh based on the value mentioned in Current Value field.

Any pointers if I am missing something?

Hi Abby789,

You said that the current value didn't work in parameter , right? If so, you could try to use 201910 instead of '201910' to see whether it work or not. In addition, you also need to check whether there is any space in your dataset value or whether 201910 exist in dataset.

Hi,

Only the current value works, but the dynamic value from the query which gets updated every month is not working.
