Creating a pivot

I am finding this really hard.

I want to create a guage as a visual.    But I need to summarise my source data so I can make some calculations from it first.  

Base data query looks like this except that there are more regions and branches

I want to know how may of each NPS rating for each branch.  

How do I do this in a query?

Also, can you provide the sample in a table not image, so we can copy paste directly.

@NFrench you are going to have to explain your data. You have several numeric fields and I have no idea what an NPS rating is.

Also, please provide data in a usable format per links below, and then something that will explain your expected results.

OK, I am hoping I have done this right.   

I have attached a PBIX of sample data.    The raw data is the AU & NZ tables.    I have also attached a spreadsheet of what I am trying to achieve.   Ultimately I am trying to calculate the NPS column and then run guage visuals from it based on various date ranges.
