Create table based on value from existing table using power query

Hi All,
I have two tables.
Table A: 

Date	Name	Value
27-07-2020	AP	123
27-07-2020	AS	456
27-07-20220	SK	345
26-07-2020	AP	789
26-07-2020	SK	320
25-07-2020	AS	145

Table B:

Name

AP

AS

SK

I want my output table as below:

Date	Name	Value
27-07-2020	AP	123
27-07-2020	AS	456
27-07-20220	SK	345
26-07-2020	AP	789
26-07-2020	SK	320
26-07-2020	AS	0
25-07-2020	AS	145
25-07-2020	AP	0
25-07-2020	SK	0

How to achive this in power query ?
