Create a calculated Column to have a predefined value

Hello,

I have a table where it ranks by dealers by Volume and Trade. I am trying to create a new column where it replaces the Dealers name with the word Dealer and keeps Barclays as Barclays.

Vol is jus a measure to Sum up the Vol and Trades is Counting the trades from a table.

You don't show where the dealer numbers are coming from.

If you want to do exactly what you write "replaces the Dealers name with the word Dealer and keeps Barclays as Barclays. "  then you can use the Table.ReplaceValue function:

#"Replace Non-Barclays" = Table.ReplaceValue(
        #"Changed Type",
        each [Dealer],
        "Dealer",
        (x,y,z)=> if y <> "Barclays" then z else y,
        {"Dealer"})

If you need a number appended to the Dealer, you'll need to inform how that number is determined.

yes.  Be careful not to sort the "other"  dealers unless you want to risk de-anonymization.
