Hi all,
I'm using data from an excel spreadsheet which contains a column with comments, and the rest of the columns have a header with a keyword, and then T/F for each comment if it contains that key word. I'm trying to find a way to visualise this and link it up with demographic data which is already in the table, so for example I could create a chart which shows the proportion of key words used by postcode.
My best guess at a solution would be to create another column which has a list of the key words that each comment contains, but I don't know how to format this list in excel so that when it is loaded into Power BI it appears as a list. I'm useless with VBA, and have tried the basic [A,B,C] and {A,B,C} formats, so if anyone knows if there's a way to do this it would be a huge help.
Thanks!
