Content pack dataset model refresh Question

If I create a content pack for my organization, and let's say some one changes some tiles and adds new visualizations...if I ONLY refresh the dataset, not the actual dashboards or reports...will their customized Dashboard refresh?

What changes that I make to the content pack won't push to the customized dashboard?  Report Changes? Dashboard or visualizations changes?  Datasets?

Updates to the content pack are only pushed out to consumers of that content pack when you explicitly update the content pack:
