Connect with with oAuth 2.0 protocol

Hi,

my boss asked me to check if it possible to connect to HR service that we are using in our organization. 

I have only description how to connect  and authenticate  with oAuth 2.0 protocol using .NET. 

https://api.erecruiter.pl/Documentation/Index?lang=en

I try to use Web connection in PowerBI desktop and url: "https://api.erecruiter.pl", in addtion I use  an authentication tokens: client ID (<ClienIdentifier>) and access token (<ClientSecret>) taken from service.  But with option Basic a got an error: 

Colud you please tell me how to connect to that service or if its possible with given information.
