Conditional replace value

Hi, I can't quite get my conditional replace value to work. Fairly new to power query and sill learning, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to change each value in the column [Advisor_FINAL] with the text "JW (PC)" only for those rows where  the date in column [FINAL_DATE] is less than 1st Aug 2022

I am getting an expression error, saying the name [Advisor_FINAL] isn't recognised (I have checked spellings and all correct). This is the code I have so far....

columnsToSearch parameter i.e. the last one, should be the column name in quotes.  Try that.

@HotChilli  Thank you so much, and so simple! It had been driving me mad all morning.
