Conditional Column to find manager of a manager

I have a table which contains 1 row that has employee names & another row that contains the employee's direct manager. Is it possible for me to use just these 2 columns to find the manager of the manager?

Is it possible to construct a manager chain that goes all the way to the CEO, assuming I have every employee in the company in the file?
