DataFormat.Error can't show a number in format 2046.M0 even after changing data type to TEXT.

I am very basic and new with Power Query, I have used a get files to pull in tables from a whole folder and append them.  I just have some errors with one column that I can't fix.  I have tried changing the column data type to TEXT and still get the error  "DataFormat.Error: We couldn't convert to Number. Details: 2046.M0"

    this error may not come from this step.

    check your second step, like "Changed Type"
