I have 2 sales process.
- A customer is a lead, that generates oppotunities, then a quote and an order
- A customer is requiring a quote (no lead, no oppotunity) and an order
I'd like to compute the average lead duration = between the lead validation and order validation based on a events, or average quote duration , or opportunity to quote average duration.
Can you help me ?
