Hi,
I'm using Power BI connected to the AD with few useful attributes like "Computer - createTimeStamp" and "Computer - Operating System".
We used SCCM to upgrade computer OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10 with keeping computer name.
In AD now I can see two computer attributes: select Computer - Object - Created and Modified. The problem appears when I use these attributes or with Power BI "createTimeStamp". Problem is that I can't see exact date when Windows 10 was install and we can't monitor Windows 10 installation progress because original "Created" attributed show the date when Windows 7 object was created.
Do you have any idea how to resolve this?
Regards!

Hi @tpoljak,
Based on the following blogs, attributes ModifyTimeStamp and WhenChanged keep the timestamp when an object is changed or modified, these two attributes are available to all the objects in Active Directory.
whenChanged and modifyTimeStamp - Active Directory
Use PowerShell to Find Changes to Active Directory
After you perform Windows upgrade and query AD attributes in Power BI Desktop, please search for ModifyTimeStamp and WhenChanged attributes and use them as the create date of Windows 10.
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
