trying to filter rows, in which:
Column Entity = AB1
Column Date > 01/01/2021
Tried like this:

You said Column Entity = AB1, but tried [Entity] <> "AB1"? So you want equal or not equal? below is equal...
each [Entity] = "AB1" and [Date] > #date(2021,01,01)
