Combing data with different headers into one table

Hi,
In Power BI, I am importing data from a folder containing several files that share a similar structure. However, some files have differing headers.Note that headers need to be promoted for all these files. I'm looking to combine all this data into a single dataset. Does anyone know how to do this? Is it something to with sample file on power query editor?

Hi @Anonymous

Possible but would be much easier to help you with some sample files to work with
