How di I add a column or measure that calculates user lisence count * price per lisence, and is affected by the customer filter?

Sorry I'm not very clear about the problem, from the snapshot can see, you have three columns: Product name/User lisence count/Price per license, if you want to calculate user lisence count * price per lisence, what's the result if you directly Multiple those two columns, and what's the relationship between "customer filter" and these columns. Would you like to give a example to clarify it?
