I would like to create a table with a count up to the column value.
So from this
| ID | Period |
| 1432 | 4 |
| 2342 | 2 |
To this
| ID | Period |
| 1432 | 0 |
| 1432 | 1 |
| 1432 | 2 |
| 1432 | 3 |
| 1432 | 4 |
| 2342 | 0 |
| 2342 | 1 |
| 2342 | 2 |
