Hi govindhanp,

We appreciate your inquiry through the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

Based on your query, please follow the high-level steps provided below to resolve the issue:

  1. Connect the SharePoint data source to Power BI and import the required data.
  2. Once the data is available in Power BI, use the Power Query Editor to transform it into a structured table format.
  3. After transforming the data, create a Power BI report to visualize the information using tables, charts, etc.
  4. Publish the report to the Power BI Service. Create a dataflow in the Power BI Service to save the transformed data to a database (e.g., Azure SQL Database). Set up a scheduled refresh to ensure the data remains updated.

Hi @govindhanp

This is possible but certainly a lot of work. Also your expected result should match with your sample data. Where did you job and customer ids  come from? Most of the column headers in your result do not match what's in your sample.
