Changing excel sheet on import

Hi,

Trying to import data from an excel file into Power BI.

The data looks like this:

one.PNG

What I need to do is end up with the data looking like this:

two.PNG

Is there any way of achieving this in Power Query (Or Power BI for that matter)? It isn't my spreadsheet as I can't change it at source.

In Power query select the first column (with the team)

then go in Transform --> Fill --> Down
