Trying to import data from an excel file into Power BI.
The data looks like this:
What I need to do is end up with the data looking like this:
Is there any way of achieving this in Power Query (Or Power BI for that matter)? It isn't my spreadsheet as I can't change it at source.

In Power query select the first column (with the team)
then go in Transform --> Fill --> Down
