Change the title of the hyperlinks in a query table

I need to change the text of Hyperlinks in the SPOLink column to display "Marketing&Budget Strategies" - the 5 digit code in the facility id column as shown in the image below without compromising the hyperlink connection. Is this possible? Please help

Could you please send an sample of what you need? What do you mean by title? the windows title when the link is opened? column title? you need the insert the facilityID inside the hyperlink between specific characters?

Maybe an example with the first row could help us to help you.
