Hi @gifty
Glad to hear that, and it’s great your issue got resolved! Please mark it as “Accepted Solution” so others can benefit too.
Hello @gifty
- Check if you are using the latest version of Power BI Dekstop. If not you can download the latest version from the official Power Bi Desktop Page.
- I fyou are already having the latest version, then try repairing the Power BI Desktop Application from the Control panel settings in your system.
- If none of the above works you can raise a support ticket which should eventually solve the issue.
If you think I answered/solved your question feel free to give some kudos and also mark this post as "Accepted Solution".

Hi
Make sure you are running the latest version of Power BI Desktop. Microsoft Fabric Community+1
If the issue persists, uninstall then reinstall/repair Power BI Desktop (run as administrator).
As a temporary workaround, you can use the web version of Power Query via Dataflows until the Desktop issue is resolved. Microsoft Fabric Community
If all else fails, submit a support ticket with your session ID, product version and error details.
Hope this helps!

Hi @gifty,
The first thing I would try is uninstall and re-install Power BI Desktop. Seems like your installation is broken somehow.
