Cannot remove or resolve errors

I have several spreadsheets that have errors that I cannot remove and I'm unsure how to resolve them. The source is a Google Sheet that is importing survey responses from an English and Spanish survey. On the sheets where a Spanish survey has been imported, I get an error of "Unresolved sheet name." How can I fix this error?

Check that the error isn't coming from Sheets. In Sheets, you can get that error when copying a worksheet to another workbook if the destination workbook does not already have that tab.

There are no errors in Sheets. The data populates correctly from both surveys using a query formula.

"Data format error REF" refers to a problem in the data source where Power Query cannot evaluate something. Sometimes it's an error message in the cell. Here it seems to be something going on with the worksheet name. A data sample (made up to avoid disclosing confidential information) and code which reproduces the problem would be helpful.

Here is a sample of the Sheets data with the formula. It is pulling the data from another sheet with every campus' data to isolate the answers for one particular campus. I am trying to pull the English and Spanish data from individual campuses as shown below.
