Cannot get data from Power BI dataset to Excel

Hi,

Im trying to connect to Power BI datasets from my excel desktop. 

It is telling me Signin unsuccessful - general error. 

I have tried everything but nothing helped. can you suggest any solution? here is screen -

Having Similar Issue.  Appears to have popped up as of 4th/5th March (2023). 

Same circumstances, Logged in. 

Initially suspected a FW Rule change, however as a different organisation, could this be MS related?

Have you logged into Excel with the company account? Usually when you log in with an occount, you have a circle with your contact in the top right, which I don't see in this screen.

To sign in, go to File > Account

yeah Im signed into my company account. screen is just cut.
