Hi all...I am having an issue deleting a data source. Every time I attempt to refresh I get the following error:
Parameter8
File or Folder: We couldn't find the folder 'C:\Users\KingCh\OneDrive - GOO\Desktop\PERS2BI\Raw Data\Smart Roadside\2a - Inspection Data\*'.
That folder has been deleted and is no longer required in this particular file. I can delete all of the queries in Power Query but it still shows this as a data source when refreshing data. I have gone into Data Source Settings and it will not let me delete the above source. After doing some digging I found that you can copy another data source address that is being used and replace the other one but that is not working either.
How can I get rid of this because it no longer will let me update my data?
Thanks in advance.
hi @thechad13 ,
it is possible that there are queries dependent to your onedrive file, have you tried reviewing your queries?
Hi @thechad13 ,
Thanks for all the replies!
And @thechad13 ,
I have gone into Data Source Settings and it will not let me delete the above source.
When you tried to delete, did it say why it wasn't letting you delete? Or was there any error?
Best Regards,
Dino Tao
Can you share the code?
Where does "Parameter8" come from? Is that the name of one of the queries?
