I am trying to reach support through the Power Platford admin pages, but I get the message:
Your account does not have permissions to create support requests for this service. Try selecting another support plan
I have a power bi pro account, what license do I need to access support?

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
In my case, I needed to ask my Azure administrator to assign me the "Support Request Contributor" role, and then I was able to submit a ticket via the Power BI Support -> Power BI Pro -> Get Support button.
This also doesn't work for me even though I have a Pro account.

Doesnt work. I am unable to get Power BI suppoprt at all!

This doesnt work!!!!! I have P{ower BI pro licenses in our organization of 100+ people and I cant get support!
