As usually when i'm looking for replacing any values in power query i can select some advanced options in the menu, but i don't know why when i opened a excel file this options is not being visible and it is only matching entire cell contents instead of single values. I'd appreciate any help

If this column contains only numbers, then you won't get advanced options as it will do complete replacement only for numbers only column. For Text fields, you will get advanced options. In Text fields, you can do complete or partial replacements.
If you need Advanced options in number field, just select the column and convert the type to text and then you will get adavanced options. Later on you can convert it back to number again. But I would do this for partial replacement for which advanced options doesn't play any rule.
