Avoiding data reload when applying Power Query changes

Hi everyone,

I'm fairly new to working with Power Query so I'm currently trying to learn how to use it and how to use best practices to work efficiently. My current problem is that I have a table with 1,5 million rows and I have to work back and forth from Power Query to filter some data, test it in PBI with some measures, then go back and unfilter/filter some other data, test it in PBI with some measures and so on.

My question is: is there a way I could work back and forth from PQ without reloading all my data everytime? Being 1.5M rows, I waste 3-4 minutes everytime.

I know I can create a temporary view in SQL and load just a small subset of rows to be faster, but out curiosity and interest in how to work with Power Query I would like to know if I can do something similar without relying on SQL

Thanks
