Automatic Refresh without opening the file

Dear all,

I am very new on Power Query and sorry if I didn't find a clear response in my topic below.

I would like to know please if, in Power Query, is possible to schedule the refresh of a query every week (without opening the file) and then save the update file in a specific folder. If not, could you please give the best practise to achieve this goal? Maybe also using PowerBI?

Thanks in advance

Kind Regards

Hi @sigamtr3 ,

To myknowledge, if you want to set up automatic refresh, please learn scheduled refresh or OneDrive refresh in Power BI service.

Refer to

Configure scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Data refresh in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
