Can we refresh/update data without deleting old files?

I need only to add a new files.

Hi @Pallich,

Did you refresh in Power BI desktop or service? Generally, after we retrieve data from data source, we can refresh to get updated data from data source. We needn't to replace the data source with a new one. See: Data refresh in Power BI.

In your scenario, it would be better if you could describe the scenario clearly.
