Check column headers carefully in both tables before appending. Make sure columns are named exactly the same (case and spacing matter).

Actully its pdf file i tried converting in excel but, second and third table mismatch, move to extra column. this is example file i am taking, i want to know how to fix because i have lots of pdf which need to convert data into excel.
