Appending Data from PDF Table Number Two Problem

While appending second table data moving further colum

Check column headers carefully in both tables before appending. Make sure columns are named exactly the same (case and spacing matter).

Actully its pdf file i tried converting in excel but, second and third table mismatch, move to extra column. this is example file i am taking, i want to know how to fix because i have lots of pdf which need to convert data into excel.
