I am creating a Power BI dashboard from a MS Dynamics datasource. I am running into the issue of
ambiguous relationships when I try to establish all connections that are needed to accurately represent the data.
I have an mapping entity which has lookup to Contacts, Teams and User entities from Dataverse.
My Main Table has a lookup to this mapping table as well and the main table also connects to Contact, User and Teams
to capture additional business related info. I keep getting an ambiguous relationship error when setting up these
relationships and making them active. I am trying to use RLS for my dynamics model on the User table, which means all tables
including user entities need to connected to it. I am trying to figure out if there are any recommendations to mitigate such issues or if there is
an easier way to be able to connect most of the dataverse entities using the structure/relationships which are in dynamics as well.
