Aggregate data

I have a data set which I need to aggregate but unsure on how to do this.

 

It is a basic excel sheet and I am trying to find out if it takes longer to do one job in a typical building vs another location.

 

Is there anyone that can help me with this? I can share what information I have if that would help.
