Adding data to a table using a custom query

Hi Guys, 

I hope you all are well. 

I have a question about the capacity to add a custom query to add new rows to a table. The intention is to add new user information to the RLS table without adding it to my excel file. 

Do you think this can be done?

Can only be done in import mode during dataset refresh. Cannot be done dynamically.  

Please define what you mean by "custom query"
