Add custom column with calculation or if statement

Hello, i am a beginner when it comes to PowerBI. I am asking if someone would help of adding a column with conditions in power bi.  

if column A has anything that starts with a 5, then return the value in columnC  with a calculation of Column B*-1, all else return value of Column B

A	B	C (new column)
45000	9853.7	9853.7
10000	488.83	488.83
54301	5225.62	-5225.62
56000	29.98	-29.98

= if Text.StartsWith(Text.From([A]),"5") then -1*[B] else [B]
