Add Conditional Column dropdowns not working

I am running into an issue with the Add Conditional Column wizard where the dropdown list for the Column name does not work for the if statement, which means that I am unable to add a conditional column. The dropdown list doesn't even drop down, it just does nothing when clicked on. I haven't been able to find this issue anywhere else online, has anybody run into this before? And if so, what is the fix?
