I have a file that gets spit out as a MS access DB on a daily basis. I have it set up so that the file gets put into a sharepoint as an access file. I am trying to figure out a way to use PBI online to refresh that file on a schedule. I have multiple data sources that already come into the PBI file and it gets updated without any human interaction. So my question is.... is there a way to get the Access DB file to load automatically via PBI online? Has anyone been able to setup a flow to accomplish something like this?
@Anonymous,
How do you store the Access database file in SharePoint?
In Power BI Desktop, you can import data from an Access database file stored in drive , create report and publish to Power BI Service. In Power BI Service, you can set schedule refresh for your dataset using gateway.

Lydia
I have it mapped as folder to my C:
I want to avoid having to use a gateway because that means a computer needs to be on at the same time every day to allow it to work. If I do it this way it removes the automation that makes PowerBI so nice.
@Anonymous,
Based on my test and reserach, I can't find any methods that use connect to to uploaded Access database in SharePoint Online from Power BI Desktop. But you can store Access tables as sharepoint online list, and then refresh your dataset without gateway. There is a similar thread for your reference.
