Hello @Ish2k - users with free licenses can only create a dataflow gen1 if done in a workspace that is assigned to a premium capacity. Based on your description, it sounds like that may be applicable to you. The only action for dataflows from Power Automate is to refresh the dataflow.
Hello @jennratten
Thank you for your response. When I try to access a table in an existing dataflow, I get an error saying " There was a problem opening your dataflow. You do not have permissions to manage this dataflow"
Is there a way where I can access the table with my current access?
Hi @Ish2k - if you are trying to access the dataflow by opening/editing it in the workspace, then you must be the owner of the dataflow. If you are not the owner then you can take over the dataflow by going to the dataflow settings and click 'take over'. A word of caution though - be sure you have access to all data sources/gateway connections the dataflow uses or else the dataflow will be broken. If you are simply trying to use the data a table contains, you can connect to the dataflow table using Power Query.
