Some reports not working via mobile app

We have found some reports aren't loading the visualisations correctly.

it appears that the visualisation, Power KPI 2.0.0 doesn't display via phone app

any resolution?

Can you please provide more details on the issue?

Platform (iOS, Android) and platform version, App version, are you connected to Power BI Service or Report Server?

Can you share a sample PBIX file with a repro of the issue? Please send it to mpbisup@microsoft.com

can't share report, as the data sources are sql servers and SAP HANA

Are you able to see data in this report using other visuals from the mobile app? (tyring to understand if this is a visual related issue).

Were you able to make it work previously and it stopped working recently, or it never worked in Power BI Mobile?

Hi, other visuals in other reports are working, tables, charts etc

we have only started using the mobile app, so this is the first time we have seen the issue.

i'm not sure what other visuals are affected as yet, we have only started using them

The Power KPI is the main one we use however and doesn't work

Hey @braddo81 ,

It seems like a data related issue and not a visual issue (usualy when it is a visual error, you get a 'X' image instead of the visual itself).

1) If you open the same report from mobile browser (app.powerbi.com), will you be able to see data in the visual?

2) if you build a sample report with this visual, that is not connect to SAP HANA, but to a file with sample data, and then publish it to the service. will you be able to see data in the visual from Power BI Mobile app?

i removed the data sources, and have sample data - visual still not showing.

i can change to simple line chart, and it works

the issue is with the visual not loading correctly in the mobile app

We are unable to repro your problem (see image - the visual is loading correctly in Power BI Mobile app).

Please send us the report file + sample data you are using (make sure to include the not working KPI visual) to mpbisup@microsoft.com. Please specify the app version you are using and whether you are using Report server or Power BI online service.

what OS and app version are you using?
what version of Power KPI - you are cloud i assume
