Description:
We have encountered an issue with Power BI Report Server when accessing dashboards via the Power BI Mobile app on iOS devices.
Issue Details:
Expected Behavior:
The shape should consistently render as a rounded rectangle across all iOS versions.
Actual Behavior:
The shape appears as an angular rectangle on updated iOS versions.
Could you please investigate whether this is a rendering bug in the Power BI Mobile app on newer iOS versions? Let us know if any fixes or workarounds are available.
Environment Details:
Thank you, and we appreciate your support in resolving this issue.
Best regards,

Hi @Unal_Yigit ,
Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? Also try to see if other reports have this issue, or if they exist only in a single report.
As a temporary workaround, you might consider using an older version of iOS where the issue does not occur, if feasible. Alternatively, accessing the dashboard via a web browser on the mobile device might bypass the rendering issue.
If your issue is urgent, you can create a support ticket and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will resolve the issue for you.
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

Hi ,
Thank you for your suggestion. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. In fact, there are no problems on phones where the app was already installed. However, when we uninstall and reinstall the app, the issue appears.
This suggests that the problem might be related specifically to a recent update or new installations. We are continuing to test on different devices. Do you have any additional recommendations or possible solutions for this?
Thanks,
