Due to the nature of our business, we have internal and some external users of our Power BI reporting, Our internal users can use the Power BI reporting on both the PC and the mobile application.
The focus of my issue is the external users that are set up using Azure B2B, with a Power BI Pro Licence. With this they have completed the Azure B2B invitation and access to Power BI on the online service (report app developed).
To ensure company IP is protected, the external users have RLS set up so they can only see what they need to see, and hence RLS has been set up with either live.com# & mail# prefix (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com).
I am having issues finding information on how to get our external users to log into Power BI on the mobile application as every log on that has been tried has failed with either email address is not a work or school account, or email address is invalid.
