A Typo for premium icon in Mobile app

 

Hi, Team

 

Power BI Mobile app version(iOS): 32.1

 

I have several workspaces with fabric capacity including trial.

I create a workspace with F2 capacity and then I can find the premium icon(diamond).

When I try to navigate workspaces in the mobile app, I can’t find the icon.

It’s not synced.

We understand that you are experiencing an issue with the premium icon (diamond) not appearing in the Power BI Mobile app (iOS version 32.1) for workspaces with F2 capacity. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our team is currently investigating this syncing issue. In the meantime, could you please try the following steps to see if it resolves the problem:

  1. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Power BI Mobile app.
  2. Log out and log back into the app.
  3. Clear the app cache and data.
  4. Restart your device.

Thank you for your response.

I tried the following steps.

1. I have a latest version of Power BI Mobile app(iOS version 32.2).

2. Logout and restart my device, log into the app.

3. Create a new Workspace with F2 Fabric capacity.

4. In the Power BI Mobile app, I can't find the premium icon in the workspace and a old workspace.
