Org Apps Collaborative Editing

Is it possible for more than one user to edit an org app at the same time? We are looking to deploy our first app moving away from direct workspace navigation for users to find their reports, and as such we have a large backlog of reports to work on adding in. So I was looking to see if we could split the workload across a couple people to speed it up.

Hello @srduval

A Power BI app has a single draft state - only one person can actively edit the app at a time. So that means you can't have more than 1 user edit an Org App at the same time.

The workaround for this is to allow multiple developers work on separate reports, maps, dashboards, visual etc, but have one designated "app-developer" who's responsible for app navigation, links, sections and content etc.

I trust this will be helpful. If you found this guidance useful, you are welcome to acknowledge with a Kudos or by marking it as a Solution.
