Creating a new notebook from a Lakehouse Explorer doesn't work through the Fabric url, but works through the PBI only url.

@andresravinet I tried to create a Notebook from Lakehose explorer without any issue, it could be an intermittent issue can you please try again or share a screenshot of the error?
