Dataflow Gen2 Import Lakehouse Folder Contents

Can you comment on how Dataflow Gen2 could be used with a Lakehouse Folder to import all of the files in the folder and incrementally add files when new files arrive? I'm sure its silly simple but I can't figure out the pattern.
