Can't start MS Fabric free license

Hello everyone, 

I've seen multiple people having issues with either creating a new trial licenses in MS Fabric or being unable to assign those licenses to a workspaces due to the option to select Trial being greyed out, but I can't seem to find the original thread. Has this been solved already please? Its really frustrating as this is holding up a POC project greatly.

This is the error message that I get when I try to start up a free trial license by creating a Fabric item in My Workspace as suggested in "Other ways to start a Microsoft Fabric trial" section of the documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/fundamentals/fabric-trial

Any help whatsoever is much welcome.

We have identified that several users are experiencing issues with starting the Fabric Trial recently. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by Microsoft's inability to create a free license.
