Can't start MS Fabric free license

Hello everyone, 

I've seen multiple people having issues with either creating a new trial licenses in MS Fabric or being unable to assign those licenses to a workspaces due to the option to select Trial being greyed out, but I can't seem to find the original thread. Has this been solved already please? Its really frustrating as this is holding up a POC project greatly.

This is the error message that I get when I try to start up a free trial license by creating a Fabric item in My Workspace as suggested in "Other ways to start a Microsoft Fabric trial" section of the documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/fundamentals/fabric-trial

Any help whatsoever is much welcome.
