If my powerbi data is get from sharepoint list, if i use powerapp to edit the data in powerbi, would it also update the sharepointlist?

You never edit data in Power BI (sadly). But if you capture user input in the PowerApps visual in Power BI then it is your own responsibility to patch those changes back into the sharepoint.  Make sure you have  the item IDs.
