Hey,
I need help with bookmarks and the filter api in a custom visual. Right now I am applying filters like this (I need to filter my own visual and all other visual):
// Invoke the self filter.
this._visualHost.applyJsonFilter(
filterList,
"general",
"selfFilter",
powerbi.FilterAction.merge
);
// Invoke the filter for the other visuals.
this._visualHost.applyJsonFilter(
filterList,
"general",
"filter",
powerbi.FilterAction.merge
);
In the update method I get the restored filter values from the jsonFilter object like this:
const jsonFilterValues: powerbi.IFilter[] = options.jsonFilters;
This work fine if I just switch between pages of the report with actives filters, but this does not work, if I save a filter state in a bookmark. If I filter the report with my visual, create a new bookmark and select it afterwards the created filters are gone and the options.jsonFilters object is empty. What am I missing?
regards
