Hi @suvechha 

This looks like a custom visual.  If you go to the Office store, you will find 4 or 5 custom visuals that allow content in the center.  Here are a few I found with a quick look:

To search for custom visuals, from Power BI service, select the ellipses in the Visualization pane and choose "Get more visuals".  

You can also search appsource.microsoft.com.

If you don't find this exact visual, send along a URL to the one you have pictured above.

I tried using donut chart but how to get the total number in the middle and how can I get to be automated like when refresh the figures starts counting from zero to total figures.
